Self
2012-06-19

In solitude,
I have to be no one.
Being alone
leaves only my definitions
of self
and worth
and belonging
to live up to.
I am, entirely within my being,
the niche, the home
so many seek outside.
The completeness
and complexity
is mine.
For no one,
I can be anyone.
With no one,
I can be everyone.
I am all there needs to be
in me.
